# Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of https://www.drstellahall.com and the website services offered by Wize House Academy. Please review them before using the website or purchasing services. Specific enrollment or purchase agreements may contain additional terms that will be provided before you agree to them.
## Website use and registrations
Provide accurate information when submitting inquiries, registrations, or payments. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, impersonate another person, interfere with its operation, or access information without authorization. A parent or authorized guardian must complete registration and enter enrollment agreements for a minor student. Website chat is available only to users age 13 and older; a parent or guardian must contact us on behalf of a child under 13. Registration alone does not guarantee admission, scheduling, or a place in a program; applicable requirements will be communicated during enrollment.
## Services, fees, and payments
Descriptions, prices, schedules, and enrollment requirements will be provided for the service or product selected. Review them before purchasing. Separate enrollment or service agreements apply where supplied.
**All sales are final.** Wize House Academy does not provide refunds for purchases, except where required by applicable law. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. Review service descriptions, fees, and enrollment requirements before paying.
We offer recurring payment plans and subscriptions. Before you enroll, the checkout or enrollment agreement will disclose the payment amount, billing frequency, duration or renewal terms, and cancellation procedure. Recurring charges require your authorization.
To cancel a subscription before its next scheduled charge, we must receive your cancellation request at least **48 hours before that charge**. Send your cancellation request to **stellahall@wizehouseacademy.com**, including the subscriber’s name and the subscription you wish to cancel. Requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled charge may not stop that charge; cancellation will take effect for subsequent subscription renewals. Payments already processed are subject to our all-sales-final policy, except where required by applicable law.
Cancelling future subscription renewals is separate from requesting a refund for payments already made. If a separate signed agreement provides installments toward a fixed tuition or purchase total, the obligations under that agreement govern; the subscription cancellation provision does not amend that agreement. Any applicable rescheduling, withdrawal, or missed-session rules will be stated in the service or enrollment agreement. Changes to subscription prices will be communicated before they apply, with any notice and cancellation rights required by applicable law.
## Educational materials
Website content and Academy educational materials are owned by Wize House Academy or their respective owners. Purchase or access does not transfer ownership. Educational materials may be used only within the license described on the product page or purchase agreement. Purchasing materials does not grant permission to resell, publicly upload, or distribute them outside that license, except as permitted by applicable law. Written permission is required for additional use.
Educational outcomes vary with student circumstances, participation, and other factors. We do not promise a particular grade, test score, scholarship, or admission result unless an express written agreement states otherwise.
## Text messaging program
With your affirmative consent, Wize House Academy sends the message categories you select: nonmarketing messages such as appointment reminders, scheduling notices, and registration updates; and/or promotional messages about programs, offers, and events. Marketing and nonmarketing consent are separate choices. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of purchase or enrollment.
Message frequency varies based on your selected program and activity. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider about your plan.
Reply STOP to a message to cancel the SMS service. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. To subscribe again, complete our opt-in process again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact stellahall@wizehouseacademy.com or 770-816-9189. The listed contact number is the business support number; respond to the sending number for SMS commands.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Our handling of personal information is described in our [Privacy Policy](https://www.drstellahall.com/privacy-policy).
## External services and website availability
Our website may link to or use third-party services. Their applicable terms and privacy policies govern their independent services. Website availability may be affected by maintenance or technical interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
## Updates and contact
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Changes to existing enrollment or payment obligations will be handled according to the relevant agreement and applicable law.
