We accept payments through Stan Store, PayPal, Stripe, and ACH bank transfers through Relay Financial, depending on the payment option selected. Payment information is processed according to the applicable provider’s privacy policy. Checkout may request your name, billing ZIP code, and full payment card details; ACH payments may require bank account information.
Wize House Academy sees only the customer’s name and payment amount. Full payment card details and bank account information entered through the payment providers are handled by those providers and are not visible to the Academy.
Our website and its service providers may collect technical information such as IP addresses, device and browser information, pages visited, and cookie identifiers. We use cookies to support sign-in and remember preferences. We use Wix Analytics and Google Analytics to understand website traffic and activity, and Meta/Facebook Pixel and Google Ads tools to measure advertising and support advertising activities. ## How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, process registrations and payments, provide requested educational services, communicate about appointments and services, manage accounts, protect our systems, maintain necessary records, and meet legal obligations. We do not treat a registration, payment, or chat inquiry by itself as consent to promotional texts.

We use providers such as Wix for website services and GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for contact management, chat, and messaging. Payment processors and other authorized providers may process information needed to perform services for us. Please do not submit sensitive student records or payment card details through chat.

Within Wize House Academy, access to student information and customer records is restricted to Dr. Stella Hall. Service providers may process information as described in this policy. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may verify your identity and, for student records, your authority to act for the student. We will handle requests as required by applicable law.
To stop text messages, reply STOP. For messaging assistance, reply HELP or contact us. Use the unsubscribe option in promotional emails to stop those emails, where offered.
